St. Johns County, Florida recently purchased two (2) Braun Chief XL ambulances. The vehicles are on Dodge Ram 4500 chassis equipped with Liquid Spring suspension. The ambulances feature a transverse backboard storage compartment, SCBA storage, dual oxygen cylinder storage on a slide out board, child safety attendant seat, LED lighting, squad bench safety net, Knox drug security storage and more. The trucks were sold by Ten-8 sales representative, Wayne Stowell.
