The City of Tampa Fire Rescue received two (2) new Braun Super Chief Ambulances. The Type I Medium Duty modules are mounted Freightliner M2 chassis. One of the units is designated as a Bariatric Transport with a Transafe Bariatric system, including winch, mounting plate and ramps. This unit also features a large exterior compartment for the ramp storage.

Both have custom paint and graphics, LED warning lights, rear Traffic Advisor light bar, back up camera, external condenser, custom designed aluminum interior cabinetry, V-Mux electrical system, and custom designed exterior compartmention. The units were sold by Ten-8 sales representative, Wayne Stowell.
