Founded in 2013, Deep Three Inc., the parent company of Brimstone Fire Protection, is a family-oriented business dedicated to helping people reduce risks due to lithium-ion batteries. They began by developing a line of fireproof storage bags, but soon after entering the market, lithium-ion battery fires started gaining attention. Recognizing that these thermal runaways are far more challenging to control than traditional fires, Brimstone Fire Protection saw containment as a practical solution for fire incidents in many situations, including electric car fires.
EV Fire Suppressor Mister
The Mister is designed to be used in conjunction with an EV blanket during an electric vehicle fire—creating a comprehensive EV Fire Suppressor System. With 100 psi at the Mister’s head, a 10 gpm low-flow water mist spray will be delivered directly to the vehicle’s undercarriage to cool the chassis, pulling heat away from the battery modules to shut down a thermal runaway.
EV Fire Suppressor Blanket Regular
From EVs to large equipment, these blankets have you covered. This standard-sized blanket is approximately 20’ x 25’ and fits most automobiles, including most crossover SUVs and warehouse forklifts. The blanket has a carrying bag to share the load for two-person carry. It also has a quick deployment process to help you get your electric fire under control as quickly as possible. This ultra-lightweight, single-layer material with special, lab-formulated coating on both sides has a melting point of 2050(F)+.
EV Fire Suppressor Blanket XL
The XL-sized blanket is approximately 25’ x 33’ and fits most full-sized SUVs, trucks, and large forklifts, as well as other large battery-operated equipment. It also comes with a pair of extendable poles to help with deployment.
