Ten-8 Fire and Safety and MSA recently held a demonstration and training class on September 9, 2015, at Bonita Springs Fire Control & Rescue District in Bonita Springs, FL. There were 30 attendees from 7 different fire districts there to experience the MSA G1 SCBA equipment.
After the demonstration was over, participants commented on what they liked most about the new SCBA equipment, including:
- Improved communications
- A lighter and more comfortable pack
- Easier to breathe
Some attendees were kind enough to offer their own personal testimonials of the equipment during the demonstration. Individuals like Eric Dalton and Mike Pfister from San Carlos Fire Department put in their own words the great improvements they noticed in the G1 SCBA equipment over older model types.
